I am, by <br />this letter, reapplying for a variance in accordance with <br />the plans that you reviewed at the April 10 meeting. <br />The property is at 1420 Boulder Park Road. However, In <br />resubmitting I herewith agree to delete the front <br />from the lakeside of the home and further agree that the <br />steps that I reconstruct will be no larger In length, <br />width or height than those presently existing. <br />Since the April 10 meeting, I have spoken with Mr. A1 Olson <br />from the building inspector's office who Indicated to me <br />that this was a proper method to resubmit for variance, and <br />I herewith request that action be taken on this variance at <br />your next regularly scheduled meeting on April 24, 1978. <br />Thank you for your attention In this matter <br />Sincerely, <br />Walter R.
