A variance was granted on November 22, 1976 <br />for an addition to the existing house, which addition <br />has not yet been completed. <br />The total property is 27,600 sq. ft. or .63 acre. All <br />setbacks are met except front yard where 27.5 ft. is <br />proposed vs. 35 ft. required. This setback Is to a <br />platted undeveloped alley. Staff recommends variance <br />approval. <br />i
