I have <br />obtained a copy of the minutes of Council, dated February 23, 19^, citing <br />final approval of the plat, (sec attached tS).< . IV. >1 <br />The owners of the property, Matthias and Raymond Fischer, intend to complete <br />the continuation of Forest Arms Lane as per city and engineering require­ <br />ments. At Mr. Muhlch's advice, 1 have obtained copies of the position of <br />sanitary sewer in place in the roadbed as shown on the plat, (see attached <br />•6). <br />• ^ <br />P . f i <br />> A <br />At this point, we understand the plat has been approved by Orono subject * <br />to building of the road (Forest Arms Lane).
