I have <br />obtained a copy of the minutes of Council, dated February 23, 19^, citing <br />final approval of the plat, (sec attached tS).< . IV. >1 <br />The owners of the property, Matthias and Raymond Fischer, intend to complete <br />the continuation of Forest Arms Lane as per city and engineering require <br />ments. At Mr. Muhlch's advice, 1 have obtained copies of the position of <br />sanitary sewer in place in the roadbed as shown on the plat, (see attached <br />•6). <br />• ^ <br />P . f i <br />> A <br />At this point, we understand the plat has been approved by Orono subject * <br />to building of the road (Forest Arms Lane). He understand the lots with <br />channel lakeshere have riparian rights (the DNR permit specifies "naviga <br />tional purposes") He tinderst«u>d there will be a park dedication fee assessed <br />each lot. He ue atnure there are assessments remaining on each lot for <br />sanitary sewer is^rovements. He understand there have been %retlands areas <br />designated and that there are restrictions regarding those areas. <br />V <br />Hould you clarify the following points, please? <br />1. Hhat more needs to be done before a building permit will be <br />Issued a buyer of one of these lots? <br />2.
