Stated that Planning <br />Coemission was unaware of the engineer's connents when their action was made. Road <br />to be private outlet. <br />Requested soil evaluation by Hennepin Cointy Soil Conversation District and on-site <br />evaluation by applicant's engineer. Tabled to meeting of Decenber 12, 1977 pending information. ' » i-- •• <br />STAFF - Noveaber 29, 1977 <br />Coincil has referred this proposal back to the Planning Comnission for reconsideration. <br />The City Engineer report (copy enclosed) indicates some possible problems. <br />I contacted Gordy Coffin for several additional copies of the proposed subdivision <br />so I can forward a copy to the Heni^in County Soil 8 Water Conservation District for <br />a soil map and report. I'm including this item on the agenda as an action item if <br />reports are received in time for Planning Comnission review and recoranendation. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION - December 5, 1977 <br />Reports and Information requested not submitted by applicant.
