An examination of this document shows that it does <br />not effect the above-described property but covers a 30* X 60* <br />parcel which lies east of the above-described property. This <br />reference should be removed by proceedings subsequent to initial <br />registration. <br />A certificate attached to the Abstract indicates that an <br />examination of the assessment records of the County Auditor's Office <br />showed no assessments.
