This letter Is to inform you of the progress to date of these <br />natters. <br />Without the aid of a proceedings subsequent, we were able to obtain an <br />Order of the Examiner of Titles directing the Registrar of Titles to de« <br />lets the right-of-way easement In Its entirety, since It does not cover <br />any land within Kelley 6 Kelley Division. <br />We are commencing proceedings subsequent to extinguish the flowage esssmant <br />which we have determined covers only the most southerly part of Lot 3, Block 1 <br />and Outlet A,lf the easement exists at all. We have asked Mr. Bruce Kelley to <br />obtain the appropriate signatures on the Petition, Including your own signa­ <br />ture.
