ar > . <br />/ 9tv -m <br />GEORGE JACKSON CONSTRUCTION CO. - 90 Willow Drivc^sf <br />Subdivision (Preliminary) - Lots 2 & 3, Kelley & Kelley Addition <br />/ N <br />r_- (}* <br />f—m <br />Page 2 <br />COUNCIL MEETING - DECEMBER 12, 1977 <br />Approved preliminary subdivision according to Planning Commission <br />recommendations with the following additions: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />Access casement is to be a 60 ft. right-of-way, not "road” <br />Outlots A & B shall have open space easements dedicated to <br />the City and shall bo legally combined with the Earl Plant <br />property or an adjacent lot in this subdivision <br />The Kelley and Kelley Outlot A shall be legally combined with <br />Lot 6 of this subdivision <br />Drainage easements and plans shall be as sho\im on the plans dated <br />11- 29-77 as approved by the City Engineer in a letter dated <br />12- 2-77. <br />STAFF - March 3, 1978 <br />Mr. Jackson has submitted the mylars and liardshells for approval of <br />the final plat "The Nursery". <br />Most of the conditions listed by the Planning Commission and Council <br />during review of the preliminary plat have been incorporated in the <br />final plat. We will be expecting reports from the City Attorney <br />and Engineer certifying their approval. After all issues are <br />resolved we can forward the item to the Council. <br />I'm enclosing pasted copies of the preliminary and final plat for <br />your review. I'm also enclosing copies of my progressive report and <br />Engineer Greg Frank's reports. <br />Called George Jackson - informed him his proposal would be up for <br />consideration at Planning Commission meeting scheduled for March 13, <br />1978. Also gave him instructions to take care of following issues <br />before the final plat comes up to Council on March 30, 1978 so final <br />resolution of approval can be drafted, adopted and certified. <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />Current title opinion addressed to City - sent to City Attorney <br />for approval. <br />All legals for easements or dedication for City Attorney approval. <br />Association By-laws and Agreements for review by City for approval. <br />Park dedication fee to be paid before forwarding from Planning <br />Commission to Council. <br />STAFF - March 8, 1978 <br />I'm also enclosing copies of some new data just received today. <br />This material pertains to the certificate of title and title report, <br />easements oud homeowner's association article.
