Covenant for maintenance of driveway easement <br />covering all the users of North Farm Road. <br />7. Declaration creating privat-,: roadway easement for <br />VJest Farm Road. <br />8. Covenant for maintenance of driveway easement covering <br />all the users of V7est Farm Road. <br />9. Title opinion to the City of Orono covering all of the <br />land to be platted as The Farm at Long Lake. <br />Finally, you asked that we outline for you the work that Tim Adams <br />has agreed to do in connection with the development of the property. <br />My understanding is that he has agreed to do the following, which <br />should be incorporated in your development agreement: <br />1.Grade and pave North Farm Road (Outlot B) commencing in <br />June of 1978 and completing the same (except for final <br />surface coat) on or before September, 1978. <br />2.Grade and pave West Farm Road (Outlot C) commencing at <br />a point 600 feet east of the western terminus thereof. <br />Work is to commence upon West Farm Road when building <br />permits have been issued on nouses to be built on at least <br />two of the following lots: 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18 and 21. <br />The work is to be finished in a timely fashion thereafter. <br />3.Sow and raise grass aiitable for erosion control in the <br />graded areas on either side of the road beds of North Farm <br />Road and VJest Farm Road. <br />I am aware that Mr. Adams has had a number of discussions with his <br />contractor and with the City consulting engineers (McCombs-Knutson Assoc <br />iates, Inc.) regarding the above work. If you require a greater degree ol <br />preciseness as to the road work, I believe Mr. Adams can provide the same. <br />If you require any additional documents or language, I assume you will be <br />in touch with us.
