Mr. Birkcland's perri.it application with <br />Amy Corps <br />C. ’V response to ''ctro Council <br />STAFF - February 16, 1978 <br />Mr. Birkeland called and asked that this .application return to Planning <br />Commission for reconsideration. <br />He indicated to me by phone that the dredging proposal would consist, <br />of only maintenance dredging of the existing approved channel. I <br />informed him that it would be best if he would come in and indicate <br />these changes on the old application. If he does this in time to <br />include the issue on the agenda we can discuss it' at the Planning <br />Commission meeting of 2/27/78. <br />He has submitted evidence of approval of the original dredging project <br />back in 1972 and 1973. Copies enclosed (DNR and LMCD approvals). <br />I am also enclosing copies of the Planning Commission minutes of <br />January 17 and February 7, 1977. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION - February 27, 1978 <br />Mr, Birkeland was present <br />Planning Commission revi::wod the proposal.
