The Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of the preliminary on December 5, 1977, subject to several <br />conditions. One of these conditions was that all lakeshore lots have <br />200 ft. of shoreline. <br />At the following Council meeting Mr. Adams requested the shoreline <br />lots be approved as submitted.
