Muhich, Zoning Administrator // <br />a o <br />y” D V) ojj ' <br />February 2, 1978 <br />SUBJECT: Kelly Avenue Holding Company - Joint Use Dock Application <br />for 1978. <br />Application for multiple dock license for 1978 for mooring of 6 boats. <br />This is for the purpose of pr.-viding dock space for each of the 6 dwelling <br />units in the three duplexes on the Kelly Avenue Holding Company property. <br />Exhibit B (sketch) - notes indicate 400' shoreline. <br />Exhibit C (survey) - dimensions noted on survey line adjacent to shoreline <br />appear to confirm the 400' shoreline. <br />This property is zoned LR-lB (1 acre). Minimum lot width and shoreline <br />requirement is 140'. From the zoning standpoint only 2 docks would be <br />permitted. <br />Some of the other agencies are currently considering regulating docks <br />by a shoreline footage factor. If we should adopt this policy the number <br />of permitted slips would vary accordingly.
