You also stated that you would supply me with a letter delineating
a specific date at which time you would increase the size of your pasture
to the minimum allowable area.
As of an inspection cn Tuesday, March 16, 1976, no protective barriers have
been installed. Also, I have not yet received your letter of intent.
I would ask you again to give me a letter stating your intentions and in
cluding specific dates when you expect to have your pasture increased. I
also ask that you protect your neighbors property within the next 10 days.
If these conditions are not met, I will be forced to proceed with action
on the violation of minimun pasture area as regulated by the Orono Zoning
Code.
Sincerely,
an P.
