N. <br />Long Lake, Mn. 55356 <br />Dear Mr, F»scher: <br />As a follow up to our telephone conversation of March 10, 1975, <br />regarding your intent as to the house to the cast of your pro­ <br />perty, would you please send me a letter to keep on file at this <br />office verifying the telephone call. <br />As I stated in that conversation, due to the lack of sanitary <br />facilities the residence is illegal by both state and municipal <br />standards even if it has existed for 73 years.
