Lot area - 43,560 sq. ft. <br />2. Lot width - 140 ft. <br />3. Front setback - 35 ft. <br />4. Rear setback - 35 ft. <br />5. Side setback - 10 ft. <br />6. Side setback street - 35 ft. <br />Exhibit B - indicates location of property on plat (132 Chevy Chase Dr.) <br />Exhibit C - suirvey. <br />Exhibit D - sketch of subject lot indicating proposed location of new <br />residence. No setback dimensions noted on plat - scale appears to indicate <br />compliance with setback requirements, however. <br />Exhibit E - plat map indicating approximate location of marsh area and <br />proposed location of projected dwelling. House location appears to conflict <br />with our Wetlands Ordinance #125. Wetlands variance would be required. <br />Property is serviced with sewer and water and has been assessed for these <br />improvements - check Exhibit F.
