The main SUBDIVISION <br />discussion was regarding the width and access location PUBLIC INFO. MEETING <br />of the private road. The engineer's reconmendatlon <br />was that the private driveway right-of-way be 50' <br />platted as an outlet, extended out to Coimty Road 15 <br />along the lot line between Lots 1 and 2. Hennepin <br />County and the City engineer both recommend relocating <br />the access on County Road 15 to the west. It was <br />noted for the record that there Is an existing tennis <br />court (Lot 5) which does not have a primary striicture. <br />The lot line between Lots 3 & 4 has been adjusted. <br />There Is a cottage (Lot 3) which Is 55' from the <br />lakeshore (variance to be granted for non-conforming <br />use).
