Requested marshland be designated on the drawings. <br />How much of the 8 acres is dry buildable? <br />2. Commented that when a development is golne to be <br />sewered a credit would be given for the wetlands in <br />determining the number of units allowed. <br />3. Possibility of a new amendment to the code to <br />allow attached dwellings in a PRD development in <br />a one-acre zone. This may be a possible, feasible <br />and/or a better idea than granting a variance. * <br />4. Requested information on sewer capacity of the <br />Wayzata system to determine future potential. <br />5. Advised applicant to contact staff if he wished <br />to continue with the appiic.ation. <br />5ER 27, 1978 <br />Page 5 <br />Scott was present. No problems with the proposed <br />plat, Mike Gaffron, septic system inspector, advised <br />for, Scott that additional soil testing would be <br />required to determine water table. Mr. Scott agreed <br />staff to complete this requirement, A <br />Information Meeting scheduled for 1-8-79, <br />Mr, Olson was present. Mabusth noted that the <br />proposed division line is within 7* of the existing <br />pole bam and that possibly the division line should <br />be moved to comply with the 10* required setback for <br />accessory structures. Planning Commission requested <br />revised drawings showing the lot line realignment <br />and the compliance with the two acre minimum lot area <br />for'^1^^^78* Information Meeting scheduled <br />^rrections: Page 4, James Bloemendahl, Paragraph 2 <br />ADD to the motion: DNR is responsible for policing <br />the park.
