1: <br />MINUTES OF A PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD JUNE 26, 1978 <br />PAGE 6 <br />Mr. Bob Olson, Olson Concrete, the contrsctor <br />was present. The difference In this application <br />Is that It virles greatly In lot layout and <br />building design. Previously the addition was <br />in the front of the building with parking on <br />the south side. The present application Is <br />showing the addition on the south side with <br />parkin^,, on the north side and front of the <br />building. This application meets all setbacks <br />and code requirements. <br />TONKAWEST DEVELOPMENT <br />2477 Shadywood Road <br />COMMERCIAL BUILDING <br />& SITE PLAN REVIEW <br />(#404) <br />Frahm moved to approve this application <br />contingent upon approval c>f the City engineer <br />of drainage controls, legai combination for <br />tax purposes of Tracts A & B prior to Issuance <br />of the building permit, payment of one additional <br />commercial water unit and three additional sewer <br />connection units and Hennepin County Highway Dept, <br />approval of driveway location and design. Motion <br />seconded by Hammerel. Vote: Ayes (6). Navs (”0)motion passed. wy. <br />Planning Conmlsslon reviewed a Sketch Plan <br />proposal Including the one acre lot. Conments <br />were generally favorable subject to the septic <br />system review and to a variance application. <br />GRAYDON MCCULLEY <br />4605 Watertown Road <br />SUBDIVISION <br />(#408) <br />February 27, 1978 Hurr requested the following <br />changes: Paragraph 2, Page 2: Should read <br />The Council would have to amend the Comprehensive <br />Land Use Plan and thus Indicate . . . . .Industry. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Paragraph 6, Page 2 : Change the first sentence to <br />read: Hurr felt there were several questions as <br />to the best use of this land. <br />Hurr moved to accept the minutes In the amended <br />form. Motion seconded by Hammerel and passed <br />tmanlmously. <br />MauM
