MINUTES OF A PTJ^NNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD MAY 8, 1978 - PAGE 6 <br />Applicants representative, Mr. George Johnson, was <br />present. Mike Gaffron handed out the adopted LMCD <br />Code which was received that day. Due to the late <br />receipt of this code, the staff did not have a chance <br />to review it prior to the Planning Commission meeting. <br />John Hammerel made the following motionj That this <br />variance be approved for the construction of no more <br />than two private docks on Outlot A, Partonwood <br />Subdivision, for the use of lake access for Lots 1 <br />and 2, Block 3, in accordance with plat approval for <br />Partenwood Subdivision, dated January 6, 1972, and <br />gxisting covenants thereto. Motion was seconded by <br />Gloria McDonald. Three Ayes - Hammerel, Hannah, <br />and McDonald; 2 Opposed - Frahm and Wilson. <br />The applicant proposed to expand his existing house <br />over onto the adjacent lot which he has just <br />purchased. <br />Applicant David Butler was present. <br />jfotion was made by Tom Frahm as follows i To approve <br />variance of .37 acre lot area and 7.5 feet front <br />setback due to hardship of topographic lot restrictions <br />and safe access to County Road 19, contingent on the <br />combination of Lots 77 and 78, including payment of any <br />due taxes and proof of purchase or ownership. Motion <br />seconded by Wilson, approved unanimously. <br />JACK SAFAR <br />925 Partonwood Rd. <br />DAVID BUTLER \ <br />4685 North Shore Dr. <br />(#382) <br />This is a proposed two lot residential subdivision. <br />One new lot is being created with a private easement <br />shown for access. The property is not sewered and <br />is not assessed even though there is a sewer easement <br />through the north lot. <br />Due to confusion regarding the April 24, 1978 meeting <br />which the Ruscianos did not attend, they were added <br />to the agenda for the May 8, 1978 meeting. <br />There was confusion regarding the lot line location <br />as well as the actual location of the sewer easement. <br />Jim Olson will make a site inspection with the applicant <br />or their representative, Ms. Weinzeirl, who attended <br />the May 8th meeting, to determine these items as well <br />as whether or not the area of the creek should be should <br />be included or excluded in the required minimum lot area. <br />PHILLIP RUSCIANO <br />2340 Watertown Rd. <br />SUBDIVISION <br />(#380) <br />MEETING ADJOURNED AT 10:45 P.M. <br />aM
