He asked <br />if there would be a problem with complying with <br />^he minimum hardcover requirement. The Zoning <br />Administrator stated it would exceed 25% of the <br />hardcover and the 75 ft. setback requirement <br />from the lakeshore. He commented he thought the <br />proposal would be an improvement. <br />Commissioner Hannah movsd. Commissioner Hurr <br />seconded, a motion to recommend approval of the <br />request by Paul Berglund for variances with <br />the following stipulations: <br />mm <br />prior to beginning construction of the new <br />home, the existing mobile home including the <br />concrete slab must be removed; and <br />the 2 existing non-conforming garages must <br />be razed prior to construction of the new <br />house, including removal of the concrete <br />slabs. <br />The Comnission based their approval on the fact <br />no additional land is available, the property is <br />sewered and has been assessed, and the proposed <br />^^tructure meets all setback requirements. <br />Motion - Ayes (6); Nays (0). The motion passed. <br />^le Comnission reminded Mr. Williams that there <br />will be no grading, filling, etc. within 75 ft. <br />of the lakeshore. <br />IMr. Lindsay was present. <br />The Zoning Administrator stated he thought more <br />docks could be installed that were indicated in <br />the plans. <br />Mr. Lindsay stated he was concerned more about the <br />Hunger of boats that could be moored rather than <br />the number of docks allowed.
