He explained the above items in more <br />detail. He stated they have had the ushers count <br />cars during services when parents drop off their <br />children at the church and have counted between <br />- 60 cars. A good Sunday service includes <br />about 300 members at one service. He explained <br />that their move to the new building depends on <br />their selling their present church. They plan to <br />meet in the gymnasium where there is room for <br />approximately 300 people until they have the funds <br />to expand to the new sanctuary. <br />Commissioner Hannah noted on the plan that there <br />was room for additional parking in the area desig­ <br />nated as recreation area if it was needed. <br />The Commission was concerned about the parking <br />and wanted Mr. Anderson to know there was not <br />adequate room to expand the parking lot. The <br />Commission addressed the proposed parking plan <br />and if the parking as provided would be adequate. <br />Commissioner Frahm addressed a potential traffic <br />problem on County Road #15. <br />G <br />Mr. Anderson stated that their option is up <br />July 1, 1978, adding that they had a sale which <br />fell through, but now they have shown the building <br />to another church. <br />The Commission was concerned about street parking. <br />-
