Commissioner Hammerel seconded, a <br />motion to recommend approval of the conditional <br />use permit to allow construction of a guest house <br />on the property at 3250 Fox Street, subject to <br />the following: <br />GEORGE DIXON <br />#347 <br />(con't) <br />(2) <br />(1) The applicant provide a certified septic system <br />design; and <br />The guest house will not be used as Income <br />property and will be used for guest house <br />purposes only; and <br />The size of the structure is not to exceed <br />the dimensions Indicated on the plan. <br />(3) <br />Motion ** Ayes (6); Nays (0). The motion passed. <br />The Commission reminded Mr. McNulty that he cannot <br />remove any trees or do any grading or filling <br />within 75 ft. of the lakeshore. <br />At 12:34 A.M. Commissioner Wilson moved. Commissioner <br />Hammerel seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion - Ayes (6); Nays (0). The motion passed.
