The Zoning Administrator explained <br />that this was final approval for the plat. He <br />pointed out that there was a mistake in the legal <br />description of the driveway easement. He also <br />stated there are no changes on the final plat <br />and that the title opinion had been addressed to <br />the City. <br />DON ECKSTROM <br />2140 SIXTH AVE. NO. <br />SUBDIVISION <br />FINAL PLAT APPROVAL <br />#299 <br />Commissioner Wilson commented that the title opinion <br />was dated back in 1970 and that the infoinnation <br />would have to be brought up to date. <br />The Zoning Administrator also commented that the <br />park dedication fee has not been paid. <br />There being no further discussion. Commissioner <br />Hassel moved. Commissioner Hammerel seconded, e <br />motion to recommend approval of the final plat for <br />the Eckstrom Subdivision subject to the following: <br />(1) <br />(2) <br />(3) <br />The park dedication fee must be paid; and <br />The City be provided a current title opinion; and <br />A driveway easement be provided with the <br />correct description. <br />Motion - Ayes (6); Nays (0). The motion passed.
