It is the same document that MCWD distributed in <br />November, 2001 for all three program phases. The scope of work remains the same as <br />described in the MPA document. <br />In 2003, MCWD intends to focus on Phase II work at the Headwaters site in the City of <br />Minnetonka. Therefore, more detailed construction costs for budgeting purposes were <br />prepared in July, 2002. The Planning Level Construction Cost Estimate for Phase II <br />Headwaters Site is amended to the MPA. <br />Though a public hearing was held on December 20,2001 for all three phases of this <br />project in the City of Minnetonka and Wayzata, MN., additional public meetings will be <br />held; <br />a. MCWD Board of Managers, November 21,2002 <br />b.
