ZONING APPLICATIONS rCONT.^ Application TvDt SURCHARGE FOR STAFF EXPENSE IN EXCESS OF APPLICATION FEES Per Fee Schedule set forth below: Professional Time Clerical Time Lccal/Enginccring Consultants M ileagc/Copies/Postage/Etc. AFTER-THE-FACT APPLICATION INVESTIGATION FEES (Resolution 1306) (Applies to all application types including variances, conditional use permits, subdivision, toning amendments, rip-rap permits, special improvement reviews, grading permits, moving permits, business licenses, kennel licenses, all building permits and all general permits.) This permit fee may be waived by staff for resident property owners who have not involved a contractor in tlu u nork, have no previous history of work without a permit and where such work docs not entail any zoning violations. Whenever any work, use or division of bnd for which a formal application is required has been commenced without first making such application and receiving City approval therefore, a special invcstigalion of the circumstances shall he made during the application process. Payment of an after-the-fact appikation fee shall not constitute approval or authorkation of Ihe work, use, or divbion of land, and shall not constitute a penally or a waiv er of the right of the City to inslilule civil or criminal legal actions against the appikani for commencing such work, use or divbion of land without the required prior approval of the City.
