The proposed changes include: <br />Increase in various conditional use permit fees related to zoning applications <br />Increase in various subdivision fees related to zoning applications <br />Increase of 2.3% in all sanitary sewer and water connection charges <br />2.8% increase in sewer rates and 2.8% increase in water rates <br />Increase in Home Occupation License initial review fee <br />Remove fee for Solicitation License <br />Addition of charge for electronic labels/address list <br />Decrca.se fee for Firearms Permit to Carry <br />Remove charge for Firearms Permit to Acquire <br />Increase to golf course league rates Monday thru Friday <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to adopt the attached ordinance adopting the City's Fee Schedule for 2003 and Summary <br />Ordinance for publication. <br />J
