Extend Moratorium on Telecommunications towers—Ordinance No. 223,2”*' <br />Series <br />White moved, and Murphy seconded, to approve Ordinance No. 223, Second Series, <br />extending an interim moratorium on the granting of building permits, land <br />subdivision, rezoning applications, conditional or special use permits, variances, or <br />other authority’ relating to the siting of wireless telecommunicathm facilities and <br />structures in all zoning districts in the City of Orono. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*19.
