16.The approvals granted in this Resolution shall not become effective until such time <br />that the Developer successfully completes purchase and provides evidence suitable <br />to the City Attorney of ownership of the Property. <br />17.The approvals granted in this Resolution shall become effective only when <br />all conditions of approval requiring actions by the Developer have been satisfied. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono this 9th day of December, 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
