The <br />proposed landsc.aping is being considered to stabilized an eroding shoreline. Wc have the foliowip;^ comments <br />in reganb to engineering matters. <br />• • <br />1. Tlic plans should include existing and proposed contours. <br />2. liardcovci calculations should be included with the submittal. <br />Section 1 A ■ i should include the e.xisting grade. A minimutn of two additicna! section: w i'jrin 10-teet <br />of either lot line should be provided. <br />4. The plans .should identify the boulder sizes and types to be used for the retaining walls. <br />5. Proposed plant types should be identified on the plans. <br />6. Elevations should include the proposed natise pl;uitings to review the amount of serrening provided. <br />7. All tree and plant removals should be ide.mtied on the plans. <br />8. More detail, including materials, drainage area sened. storm event sizing, etc. should be provided <br />regarding the "First Flush Drain Zone". <br />“ 'I he plans should identify erosion control measures proposed to protect the lake during construction. <br />iO.
