It <br />notes that *hc fees are based on the land u.se and the area of land <br />developed. Beeaii.se the /,t>ning Ordinance only allows development <br />density to be calculated on the upland area of the property, we <br />interpret “area of land developed" to mean the developable, or upland <br />area of the property.
