The trunk fee is based on the land use and acreage of the property being developed. These buffer <br />easement areas shall remain in a natural <br />condition. <br />Redevelopment projects will be defined as any project to either remove and replace existing structures or to enlarge existing structures. These projects will be charged a <br />portion of the base trunk fee adjusted for the area of expansion of impervions surface above the existing conditions. The table below ibts the base trunk fee bated on the <br />area of impervious surface expansion and adjusted for the type of land use.
