Road. The trucks wilt drive to the site, drop the fill and back out onto North Shore Drive to Brown <br />Road. The trucks will not be driving up and down Bay Ridge Road. <br />EagiDccr/Public Works Comments: <br />The City Engineer and Public Works Director have met with the applicant and reviewed the new <br />plan. Neither have any issues or concerns with the redesign. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />Planning Commission recommended by a 6 to 0 vote to: <br />Approve application as presented. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval with the following conditions: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />The applicants must obtain a land alteration permit from the city prior to hauling fill <br />to the site. <br />The applicants must obtain a Minnehaha Creek Watershed District erosion control <br />permit prior to commencing the project. <br />Erosion control measures shall be taken by installing a silt fence aro ’ond the <br />construction area as shown on the revised plan upon receiving permit from City and <br />MCWD. <br />A route map shall be provided to the city prior to the start of construction showing <br />which county/city streets are to be used. Direct access to the site shall be from Bay <br />Ridge Road, not from County Road 51. <br />Berm must have vegetation re-established immediately upon finished grading. <br />Applicant will be responsible for immediate public roadway cleanup upon city <br />request should the need arise as a result of the hauling. <br />To approve the enclosed resolution. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To adopt or amend the enclosed resolution. <br />i
