MN SS323 <br />Dear Mayor and Council Members: <br />The Lake Minnetonka Communications Commission (LMCC) passed the enclosed <br />budget for 2003 at its last Full Commission meeting on August 20,2002. <br />This budget is not funded with tax dollars but rather a cable company franchise fee paid <br />annually to the LMCC. We are also receiving a PEG (public, educational, govmimental) <br />access fee for community use of the production studio. <br />1 am submitting the budget to all chy members of the LMCC for review and approval <br />according to our Joint Powers Agreement.
