Tria Board has not <br />approved or denied the request, but presumably will grant a 60-day extension this Thursday to the review <br />period cited under ss 15 99, as requested. A field delineation will be required for the wetland on-site if it is <br />found not to be exempt from the replacement plan requirements of WC.A The official growing season <br />(nccording tc MCWD Rule D) is May 1-October IS. Any delineations perfomicd outside of this given <br />timeline require verification MCWD (preferably within the growing season, out this is not mandatory). <br />Weather permitting.
