The trank fee is based on the land use and aereage of the property being developed. An equivalency factor multiplier Is assigned to each land use type, with a 2-aere <br />residential lot considered as the standard in the City with an equivalency factor of 1.0. These buffer <br />easement areas shall remain in a natural <br />condition. <br />Redevelopment projects will be defined as any project to either remove and replace existing structures or to enlarge existing structures. These projects will be charged a <br />portion of the base trunk fee adjusted for the area of expansion of impervious surface above the existing conditions. The table below lists the base trunk fee based on the <br />area of impervions surface expansion and adjusted for the type of land use.
