Both conditions could be met <br />by removing the roof overhang from the lakeside of the house and reducing the prow to 4’ rather <br />than 4.5’. <br />Planning Commission Options for Action <br />A. If the Planning Commission makes a recommendation of approval for the application as <br />revised, the following variances are required and should be noted in the motion: <br />1 . To permit 420 s.f. (12.9%) hardcover and structure in the 0-75’ lakeshore setback where 660 <br />s.f. ( 1 7.6%) hardcover exists and no hardcover is allowed.
