He indicated that Mr. Walvatne had sought to bring into mediation <br />additional neighbors. Mr. Otten had agreed originally to mediation with Mr. Walvatne to <br />try to clear up their issues, however, he did not agree to mediation with the whole <br />neighborhood. <br />White indicated that he felt Mr. Walvatne had violated the agreement and it struck him <br />that Mr. Walvatne had not entered into mediation in good faith. <br />CITY ATTORNEY’S REPORT <br />Attorney Barrett had nothing new to report <br />*18.
