Flowage and Conservation easements shall be granted over the wetlands on <br />Lot 1 and Lot 2 and shall be shown as “drainage easements” on the final plat <br />drawing. <br />Naming of plat. <br />2. Legal documents required: <br />a.Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, mortgage holders or others <br />with property interest indicated therein shall sign the plat and all other <br />documents affected by such interest. <br />b. The applicant must provide certified copies of all recorded easements <br />cunently affecting the property. <br />c.Subdivider shall execute a Conservation and Flowage Easement over all areas <br />shown as “drainage easement” on the plat. <br />3. Fees to be paid. <br />a.
