3422 Uvingston Ave <br />Orono^MN 55391 <br />I hive just purchased a property without a garase. Because of the harsh winters 1 very <br />much iwuld like to build a 2 car detached garage. My lot is very long and narrow. The <br />houM sits very far back leaving a large finont yard. Because I have virtually no side yard <br />on either side of the home a garage attached to the side of the house would not be <br />possible.
