EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />THIS EASEMENT AGREEMENT ("this Agreement") is dated 7^/C -^CO^ <br />2002 and is by and among the following persons who are the owners of the real property <br />legally described opposite their names; <br />Mark Ernest Welch, <br />a single person <br />(“Wekh”) <br />Lot 9, Auditor’s Subdivision No. 273, <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota, <br />Certificate of Title Number 720826 <br />(“the Welch Property ”) <br />Gary E. Baron and <br />Sandra M. Baron, <br />husband and wife <br />(“Barons”) <br />Lot 10, Auditor’s Subdivision No. <br />273, Hennepin County, Minnesota, <br />Certificate of Title Number 1072668 <br />(“the Baron Property”) <br />Laurence A. Jones and <br />Ardell Jones, <br />husband and wife <br />(’’Joneses”) <br />Lots 11 and 12, Auditor’s Subdivision No <br />273, Hennepin County, Minnesota, <br />Certificate of Title Number 535147 <br />C’the Jones Property”) <br />WHEREAS, currently Welch gains access to the Welch Property via a driveway <br />running over the northwesterly ten (10) feet of the Baron Property and the Jones Property; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, currently Barons gain access to the Baron Property via a driveway <br />running over the northwesterly ten (10) feet of the Jones Property; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to formalize rights of access over and across <br />said driveway by granting easements as more fully set forth below; <br />NOW, WHEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of <br />which are hereby adcnowledged, the parties hereto herd>y agree as follows; <br />! <br />i <br />!
