The <br />access road is narrow and congested due to resident and quest parkirtg. • <br />The lot size is extremely narrow and the current home does not fall vrithin the <br />new city allowances. The new design is designed to accommodate the lot size <br />and is positioned behind the two existing neighbor ’s homes. <br />The well position is currently out side of the city variances. <br />Limited space for safe parking due to the narrowness of the lot and access road <br />there is limited parking available for the residents and or quests. <br />#2813
