July 16,2002 <br />Detcrlplion of Roquoot <br />1) ^ift the west side line from 6.5 feet to 7.5 feet <br />2) Add 65 square feet to the front of the house by adcfing a 4.9 foot *v< <br />shape* glass Prow. <br />Hardship / Description of Unusual Property Conditions; <br />The four main problem areas are the access road, lot size, well position and <br />limited parking. <br />The access road has a steep embankment which runs parallel with county road <br />51 and provides access to this lot and five other neighboring properties. The <br />access road is narrow and congested due to resident and quest parkirtg. • <br />The lot size is extremely narrow and the current home does not fall vrithin the <br />new city allowances. The new design is designed to accommodate the lot size <br />and is positioned behind the two existing neighbor ’s homes. <br />The well position is currently out side of the city variances. <br />Limited space for safe parking due to the narrowness of the lot and access road <br />there is limited parking available for the residents and or quests. <br />#2813
