A RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br />FOR NORTH ARM LANE PAVING <br />WHEREAS, costs have been determined for the improvement of North Arm Lane paving <br />and the estimated contract price for such improvement is $-------and the expenses incurred or to be <br />incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $-------so that the total estimated cost of the <br />improvement will be $-------- <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ORONO, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. <br />2. <br />The total cost to be assessed against benefltted property owners is declared to be $• <br />Assessments shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period <br />of 10 years, the first of Ae installments to be payable on or before the first Monday <br />in January 2003, and shall bear interest at Ae rate of 6.25 per cent per annum firom the <br />date of Ae adoption of Ae assessment resolution. <br />3.The City Clerk, wiA Ae assistance of Ae City Engineer shall foiAwiA calculate Ae <br />proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, <br />piece or parcel of land wiAin Ae district affected, wiAout regard to cash valuation, as <br />provided by law, and shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in Ae clerk's office for <br />public inspection. <br />4.The Cleric shall upon completion of such proposed assessment, notify Ae Council <br />Aereof. <br />Adopted by Ae City Council of Ae City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held September <br />23,2002 <br />ATTEST: <br />Barbara A.
