This would be an undue hardship on die ^plicant <br />for constructing a home. The i^plicant is cognoscente of protecting the views of the <br />^joining property owners. This was accomplished by constructing the house in the same <br />location as the existing stricture. TTic sight lines currenUy enjoyed by the adjoinine <br />property owners will be maintained. ^ ^ <br />Conclusion: We req>ectfully request that the variances be granted for the property. The <br />exis^g home will be located in the same area as the existing home. The Impervious area <br />has been reduced from 34% to 25%, which is an improvement of over 26%. Sight lines <br />have been maintained for the adjoining property owners. The proposed home is a <br />reasonable and equitable use of the property, which will not have any negative imnacts <br />for the adjoining neighbors or the City of Orono. <br />/ <br />— -----
