Always Remember 9*11 Day Moorse staled that there was a proclamation related to 9-11, naming September 11*** as A^ ays Remember 9-11 Day. The proclamation recounted the activities of September 11 2001 and resolved that residents of Orono would not forget, and would also dedicate their* time, talents, and energy to lift one another up and foster a new level of understanding and awareness. ‘‘Let us honor the memory of all those who died by being of service to one another and by building the stronger more perfect union our founding fathers called for.” Nygvd asked^ It was appropriate to fly the flag at half-staff.
