MN SS364 Phone: Location of Event: Type of Event: 952-495-9001 2200 Shadywood Road 2002 Parade of Homes The following documents are required and on file at the City Administrative Offices: Certificate of General Liability Insurance Approval from Orono Police Department Approval from Orono Building and Zoning Department Notification of Special Event Provided to Adjacent Property Owners Written Permission from Hennepin County for Use of North Arm Landing for Shuttle Service The following conditions have been placed on this event: • This special event permit is subject to immediate revocation by the Orono Police Department upon violation of any City Ordinances or identification of hazards to safety of the public. • No on-street or on-site parking allowed. County Road 19 is posted with “No Parking” signs. Shuttle service must be provided. • Signage indicating shuttle serv ice should be placed at the driveway of the event and at North Arm Landing, in a location that will not obstruct the views of traffic. • Shuttle service is to be provided during all hours of the event. • Shuttle turnaround must be made in the driveway rather than hacking onto County • No event traffic or people are allowed to cross onto adjacent properties to the event home. • Permit holder is responsible for removing all related signs at the end of the event.
