RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />SOLICITATION OF QUOTATIONS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on August 26,2002 the <br />City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the North arm Lane Paving improvement <br />project <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />ORONO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such plans and specifications are hereby lyiproved. <br />2. The City Engineer shall solicit competitive quotations for completion of the North <br />Arm Lane Paving Improvement project. Quotations shall be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on September <br />23, 2002. An assessment hearing will then be held and after the assessment hearing the quotations <br />will be considered by the Council at 7:00 p.m. on October 14,2002 in the Council Chambers. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held this 9th day of September, 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Barbara A.
