The Parties agree that the joint fire station account created by the Agreement of <br />August 8,2001, will pay for 50% of the costs of platting the Parcel, including engineering costs <br />of the survey and plat. Orono agrees that it will pay the other 50%. <br />8. The Parties agree that the actual costs of the building permit and pla.*i review fees, <br />and storm sewer trunk fees will be paid to Orono from the joint Are station account. <br />9. The Parties agree that the City of Long Lake will purchase and carry builder’s risk <br />insurance on the new Fire Station building during the construction of the new Fire Station. The <br />cost of the builder’s risk insurance will be paid from the Joint Fire Station Account. <br />10. The Parties agree that this Agreement is a bindi.ig obligation, accepted by the <br />resolution of each City coutKil.
