The agreement sets out the rights and responsibilities of <br />each ofthe cities in relation to these issues. The Council revieu'ed the main points of this agreement <br />several months ago. The agreement is now being brought to the Council for formal approval. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to ap|»ove the attached Fire Station Site Agreement, and to authorize the City Administrator <br />to sign the agreement. <br />1
