These hearings are held in late <br />November or early December. Because the hearings cannot conflict among the taxing jurisdictions, <br />there are only a small number of potential dates available to the City. The dates are shown on the <br />attached calendar. It is recommended that the initial hearing be set for 5:30 p.m. on Monday, <br />December 2, and the contin;iation or subsequent hearing be scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Monday, <br />December 9. <br />Council Action Requested <br />Motion to select dates and times for the Truth in Taxation hearings regarding the 2003 budget. <br />^ H ill
