I was in the area from 8:43 pm to
9:12 pm. I spoke to the homeowner of 3286 North Shore Drive Mr. Waade and advised him I
would be on his property for a short period of time to check the lighting situation.
Wayzata Marine
• 5 recessed above the front enterance - Has no spill over to 3286 North Shore Dr.
- I box light front right corner • Has no spill over to 3286 North Shore Drive
• 2 box lights on right side of building • lights are on poles that are approx. I -2 feet
above the roof line of the building. These light are tilted at a very slight angle upward. These
lights do cause spill over to the area of 3286 North Shore Drive. If lights were tilted straight
down, this may reduce some of the light spill over.
• 2 box lights on left side of building • Has no spill over to 3286 North Shore Drive.
- 2 Lights on the rear of building. Lights are elevated above the roof line of the building
and are angled at a approx. 45 degree angle. Light from these two can be seen at a very great
disunce and illuminates the upper story of the house at 3286 North Shore Drive and other
houses in the area.
- 2 lights on a pole in the left rear of the property. One light hces toward the front and
an amber light faces toward the lake. These lights cause little light spill over to the property of
3286 North Shore Drive.
taadm i
