Willow Properties Addition, subject to the following <br />decltrabons and conditions: ^ <br />1.The City of C^ono will approve rezoning of the property to B-6 (PUD) as <br />desent^ herein upon City Council finding of satisfactory completion of the <br />Conditions for Development Plan approval. <br />2.Conditions for Development Plan Approval arc as follows: <br />A.
